Environmental Impact

Our policy of minimising waste and its impact on the environment includes:

  • Promoting the reduction, reuse and recycling of waste materials in all working activities to conserve resources and reduce waste disposal
  • Ensuring energy and water is used efficiently in all activities
  • Procuring goods and supplies which follow our Environmental Policy and take environmental specifications into account
  • Encouraging environmental considerations into aspects of our tenants work and within other organisations

Working with Tenants

We provide the facility of an interactive bi-monthly Tenant meeting. They are attended by the Development Manager to allow decisions to be made. Attendance is completely voluntary. These meetings focus on:

  • Developing networking and partnerships between tenants
  • Discussing and arranging shared events and services
  • Providing a forum in which issues of common concern can be discussed and resolved
  • Developing the communal and public areas and services provided in the building
